Whilst spacious, First Crescent is a friendly and comfortable property, suitable for group bookings both large and small. And although the pool is not fenced off, the split level garden means that young children can be kept at a safe distance. It is recommended that children be supervised at all times whilst staying at the property.
Tastefully refurbished, the living accommodation comprises of an open-plan lounge/dining area with French doors opening onto a courtyard garden and sliding doors leading out to the main garden's upper level with braai/dining terrace.
Also situated on the ground floor are two large double bedrooms (one with luxury en-suite shower room), a bathroom and very large kitchen, complete with modern appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and American-style fridge/freezer.
From the ground floor, there are stairs leading down to the lower garden and pool level, (where there is a games room and bar) and up to the first floor, where there are a further 5 double bedrooms (2 twin, 3 double), including the Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, plus another main bathroom. All bedrooms have sea or mountain views.
