Booking Notes
Discounts are available on bookings made 3 months' in advance and for long winter lets over 21 days. Bookings are only confirmed once the tenancy agreement has been signed and returned along with a 40% deposit and fully refundable breakages deposit. Full details will be supplied on enquiry.
Changeover Day
Changeover day is flexible and can be arranged on booking, as can arrival and departure times, although flexibility may be limited in peak season.
Cleaning, Maids' Service, Towels & Linen
Towels and linen are provided, except towels for pool and beach use. The garden and pool are maintained weekly and full cleaning of the property, linen and towels is carried out on your departure. If you require maids' service during your stay, this can be arranged at additional cost. Please ask for a quote on enquiry.
